Quality Control: All the supplied material should be inspected before accepting ,during production the tv will be checked by 2 QC workers on the production line , meanwhile the tv will pass 2 hours aging test , after 2 QA workers random inspect TV as per proportion ratio in laboratory room , take some pcs tv do the aging test over 24 hours, once the TV goods is passed the test then it can be sent to warehouse. Before shipment, there will be another inspection by ourself or by client's inspection worker.
